Good discussion yesterday in Westminster at the roundtable hosted by Welsh Water around their Manifesto for Rivers report.
Measures to restore key river processes are important, but, as I made clear, have to be accompanied by continuing research into sources of pollution and ways they can be substantively tackled, particularly storm overflows.
I made the case once more that a water quality taskforce for the rivers Usk and Wye could be a really good way to push this forwards.
