Fay Jones MP has attended a Service of Remembrance in Brecon today:

"Remembrance Sunday is one of the busiest days in my diary. I got a run done first thing and then got myself on parade in Brecon at 10:30. Then up to the Cathedral for a Service of Remembrance. Quick bowl of soup at home before scooting to Hay for a service at St Mary’s. Then to the Market Square for the wreath laying where I was hugely honoured to lay the first wreath. Now I’ve crashed on the sofa watching #sellingsunset in my husband’s regimental hoodie.
But really in amongst the busyness - today is a moment to stop and think. Think about those who have gone before and never came back. Or those who did come home and who still fight their own struggles. Remembrance isn’t about standing still for two minutes on one day, it’s about building remembrance into every day."
